As part of a tradition known as Fright Night, students from the Sarasota High School Drama Department recreated Michael Jackson’s classic “Thriller” video Monday night at St. Armands Circle in Sarasota.
The performance was the highlight of the event, now in its eighth year. Earlier in the evening, with decorated storefronts setting the stage for wandering spirits of St. Armands past, children trick-or-treated throughout the Circle while numerous retailers and restaurants contributed to the Halloween spirit with customized promotions.
