Sunday is Mother’s Day. If you didn’t already know this, get your butt to the card store and find a day spa gift card. (You’re welcome for the heads-up.)
As a mom myself, don’t even get me started that this special day only lasts 24 hours (8 hours of which my kids sleep away). We sometimes forget how much our moms do. Their brains are nonstop thinking about how to take care of us and make us happy and healthy. Maybe we’ll appreciate mom even more if we see what actually goes on in their brains.
(Also, go hug your mom. Or hug that special person who has watched over you.)
